1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using YaraLabs services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Services
YaraLabs provides web development, mobile app development, SaaS development, AI/ML integration, web scraping, DevOps, and consulting services. All services are provided subject to individual project agreements.
3. Intellectual Property
All code, designs, and deliverables created for clients remain the property of the client upon full payment. YaraLabs retains the right to use project work in portfolios and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Typically, projects require a deposit before work begins, with milestone payments throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Limitation of Liability
YaraLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
